Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP recognizes that inclusion provides the range of viewpoints that are valuable for client counseling, discussions, and decisions, as well as an effective and embracing work environment.

Our efforts focus on building and maintaining a work environment that values the contributions of individuals from differing backgrounds and communities. While being a small firm, as we continue to expand, we will work diligently to integrate inclusion into how we recruit personnel, collaborate with our community, and serve clients. We believe our presence in Atlanta and South Florida, uniquely positions us to attract and retain a diverse team.

Our goal is to maintain and grow a respectful, inclusive, engaged, and family-oriented culture that values varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.  We also plan to increase the number of underrepresented legal practitioners through outreach, training, and mentoring.  Each team member at Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt is an important and valued contributor.  This approach and mindset extends to our clients and communities. 

Our recent inclusion efforts include:

  • 全国特許実務者協議会との「パテント・パイプライン・プログラム」の一環として、多様なバックグラウンドを持つ新人技術者や弁護士を育成・指導。

  • Georgia Lawyers for the Artsのためにプロボノ活動を行い、不特定多数の起業家がビジネスとして成功するために必要な知的財産の保護を支援しています。

  • タイ農村部のコミュニティで児童養護施設の建設に協賛。

  • 専門家や地域社会の組織において、たとえ多くの異なる法律事務所間であっても、弁護士や代理店間の包括的な協力を促進すること。
