また、USPTOの特許審判部（PTAB）における特許の再審査や付与後の手続きにも経験があり、いくつかの再審査や付与後の手続きにおいて主任弁護士を務めています。
米国特許商標庁（USPTO）で主席特許審査官を務め、米国特許等級375のデジタル通信を中心に担当。 USPTO では、業界をリードするデジタルデータの変調、復調、コーディング、デコーディング、およびスペクトラム拡散技術に精通するようになりました。 その経験を活かし、ソフトウェア、半導体、通信、制御システム、電力変換システム、医療機器、機械装置およびシステムなどの分野で、米国および外国で数百件の特許を準備し、起訴してきました。 また、国際的な法律事務所の信頼できる弁護士と定期的に連絡を取り合い、多くの外国管轄区域における特許および商標の出願案件を積極的に取り扱っています。
