Robert Gravois Joins PKH’s Litigation Practice Group

Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP (PKH) is excited to announce that Robert Gravois has joined Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP as the latest addition to our intellectual property team. With a strong focus on IP litigation, patent and trademark portfolio development, and licensing, Robert enhances PKH’s capabilities and expertise.

Robert's extensive experience includes enforcing and defending IP rights in U.S. district courts and representing both patent owners and challengers in post-grant proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). His strategic counsel on portfolio development, anti-counterfeiting, and corporate IP strategy ensures our clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Prior to joining PKH, Robert served as the Assistant General Counsel of Intellectual Property at ADT Security Services and was a partner at a nationally recognized intellectual property boutique. He holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, is a member of the Georgia and Florida bars, and is registered to practice at the USPTO. Robert resides in Parkland, Florida.

With Robert’s arrival, PKH’s litigation practice group now totals eleven attorneys, further strengthening our commitment to providing exceptional legal services in the IP arena.
